SAN BERNARDINO – District Attorney Mike Ramos notified lawyer Tim Prince this week that bribery allegations against him by San Bernardino Councilman Chas Kelley were investigated but won’t result in charges.
Kelley claimed at an Aug. 8 council meeting that Prince had tried to get him to support a ballot measure to repeal the city charter in exchange for dropping a recall effort against Kelley.
