Riverside County’s 2012-13 spending plan avoids using savings, leaving a reserve fund of $140 million intact

Riverside County supervisors have approved a final budget that officials say spends only what it takes in and leaves savings untouched for the first time since the Great Recession.

ONTARIO – Airlines at LA/Ontario International Airport are expected to respond, as early as today, on an incentive plan designed to attract more flights to the troubled facility.
