UPLAND – The City Council on Monday night finalized the city manager’s contract as well as selected a new city attorney.
The council made some changes to City Manager Stephen Dunn’s renewed three-year contract including adding an additonal 3 month in severance pay, bringing the total up to 6 months, and they removed the provision that required him to live in the city.
