San Bernardino is in competition with Sacramento for the buffoonery championship title.

Sacramento, the state’s capitol lead by Democrat Governor Jerry Brown, is a circus of it’s own.

Especially when it comes to accounting.

Yes! Those state bean-counters couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag.

How much money does California really have in the bank? Don’t ask them. They don’t have a clue!

Hundreds of millions of dollars magically appears from special revenue funds. The windfall comes as Brown is asking voters for higher taxes.

Can you say oops!

Now comes San Bernardino, California.

You know? That city recently hit by a train due to political and governmental incompetence.

In the aftermath of the city’s bankruptcy filing, the second largest municipal filing in the nation, politicians and local clowns have delivered as expected. More infighting, political stunts, and gridlock at city hall.

The only things missing is popcorn, hot dogs and cotton candy.

Monday night’s city council meeting served up the following; A vote to keep the city’s antiquated charter; A recall notice served to one councilman; Allegations of blackmail and intimidation by the targeted councilman; and news the city has suspended leave cash-out payments to departing city employees.

All this while people across the country sit back and watch with amazement.
