Sources are telling InlandPolitics.com The Sun newspaper is shuttering its North San Bernardino facilities and will relocate back to the city’s downtown.
It’s reported the newspaper, a apart of the Los Angeles News Group, has lost its long-standing contract to produce and the national publication USA Today.
The news group, like many other operations across the country, has been implementing heavy cost-cutting reductions in an effort to remain financially viable.
The Los Angeles News Group also publishes two other local publications, the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and the Redlands Daily Facts.

To The Sun, we say, welcome back to downtown- where the action is!
Now you are forced to move in just a little bit closer, and have a front row seat, hold on and enjoy!
Maybe let your reporters report, stop holding back. Get a new editor.
Partial eclipse of The Moon!
While you’re at it, LA News Group needs to shutter the Inland Valley Bullshit and the Redlands Daily Fiction too.
All three are totally useless rags… The SBCo. Sentinel Rules (adjudicate on!)
And the PE Sux too, compared to PATCH.com
LSW
AGAIN, you are a MORON! ALL those papers are necessary EQUALLY!
The nutblog.com blog(iepolitics.com)is back up and running once again.
#6 who cares irrelevant to SBC!
Government biased reporters at the Sun. They tow the prosecution line!
@#8 maybe the downtown air will do them good.
