The Upland City Council on Monday agreed to renew City Manager Stephen Dunn’s contract for three more years.
The council met in closed session to review Dunn’s performance and to consider a renewal of his one-year contract.
“Mr. Dunn thank you for the great, great job that you’ve done,” Mayor Ray Musser said to Dunn during the meeting. “The council is 110 percent behind you. You have tough decisions at time, but we are there motivating you to keep moving.”
The new contract will be up for consideration at a future meeting.

No one misses former Chief Steve Adams.
