That’s what it’s shaping up to be.

Yes, more Assumptions from Governor Jerry Brown that will likely not materialize.

Whether it’s the were gonna get more federal money, to the workers will take cuts, to voters will pass my tax increase, Brown is once again gambling with California and its, worst in the nation, credit rating.

Pass a budget, any budget, so we can get paid is the order of the week.

As the economy continues to erode, the state’s legislature walks in a circle, while they argue over cuts to social services.

Republicans, the minority party, sit back after being cut out of the process.
