Is there a plea deal in the long-running Upland corruption case against former Upland Mayor John “J.P.” Pomierski?
The answer is likely yes according to well-placed sources close to the situation.
Plea agreements between the U.S. Government and Pomierski and co-defendants John Hennes and Anthony Orlando Sanchez may be announced as early as next week.
All three men are facing corruption charges involving influence peddling and bribery.
The agreements, if finalized, will bring the case to completion.
