State Assemblyman Tim Donnelly (R-Twin Peaks) received three years probation in a hearing Monday morning San Bernardino County Superior Court.
Donnelly pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges related to him carrying again into Ontario International Airport.
Donnelly’s handgun and ammunition will be destroyed.
He will also pay a $2,200 fine.

Our friend in Redlands same crime, but he was taken away to jail. Well I guess he must cringe knowing his gun and ammo were destroyed.
