UPLAND – The City Council took no action on the city attorney’s contract during a special closed session meeting on Tuesday.

The council met to discuss the contract with City Attorney William Curley and Los Angeles-based law firm Richards Watson & Gershon, as legal costs continue to rise while the city’s revenues decline.
