State Sen. Bob Dutton said Monday that he was disappointed, but not surprised, by the California Republican Party’s endorsement of Rep. Gary Miller for San Bernardino County’s 31st Congressional District.
Miller does not live in the district and has never represented the area. Dutton contended that state party directors had been pressured by what he alternately described as “the Washington gang,” “the power brokers in DC,” and “the big boys in DC” to back Miller over Dutton.

Dutton sounds like a whiner!
He is complaining about the same political tactics that got HIM into office.
Miller may not live here, but also maybe Dutton DID NOT demonstrate his effectiveness while he DID REPRESENT THE DISTRICT.
PERHAPS MILLER WAS EFFECTIVE IN HIS DISTRICT AND NOW WE WANT HIM HERE!!
