Is State Senator Bob Dutton (R-Rancho Cucamonga) backpedaling on his endorsement of democrat James Ramos?

Or did he ever endorse Ramos at all?

This could be the case.

Dutton, a candidate in the 31st Congressional District primary, is apparently coming under fire for his name appearing on Ramos’ website as endorsing the lifelong democrat and Governor Jerry Brown appointee.

Ramos, who is chairman of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, is a candidate to unseat San Bernardino County Supervisor Neil Derry, a lifelong republican.

Derry has already endorsed Congressman Gary Miller in the CD-31 race.

Turn coat “Republican-in-name-only” State Senator Bill Emmerson (R-Hemet) is also listed as endorsing Ramos.

But it’s par for the course and expected for someone like Emmerson.

And Assemblyman Curt Hagman (R-Chino Hills) makes three.

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) just has to be amazed at the party disloyalty in San Bernardino County politics.
