Hueso

It appears that a San Diego County democrat Assemblyman may be feeling the heat.
Or maybe he figured out the votes aren’t there to remove California Fish and Game Commission President Dan Richards.
Assemblyman Ben Hueso (D-San Diego) has reconsidered and placed on hold his resolution to oust Richards for shooting and killing a Mountain Lion in the state of Idaho.
A legal act in that state.
Hueso, along with Lieutenant Governor Gavin “I’m meaningless” Newsom sparked a backlash when they manufactured the instant controversy by calling for Richards ouster.
It’s being reported that Newsom wants his father to fill Richards slot on the commission.
The Democrat President of the California Senate, Darrell Steinberg, has previously indicated he would not entertain any such resolution calling for Richards removal.
At least someone has some commonsense.
A victory for liberty and freedom!
Politics being that what it may, the Resolution of Assemblyman Ben Hueso send a strong message. This is a sensitive issue where both sides have weigh-in. I hope Dan Richards decline his next out-of-state hunting spree for respect and harmony of the laws of this state.
Idiot politicians run this state.
RE: “I hope Dan Richards decline [sic] his next out-of-state hunting spree for respect and harmony of the laws of this state.”
I hope that state legislators worry about real issues instead of diverting attention away from their failures by focusing on something like this.
