Here’s a list of some actions taken at Monday’s San Bernardino City Council meeting:

The council on Monday approved a contract with Intermedix-ADPI for billing services related to emergency medical services.

The contract runs through June 30, 2013, with three one-year renewal options.

Annual billing services for fiscal year 2011-12 are estimated to cost $100,000.

The council also approved a new traffic signal to be installed at Rialto and Meridian avenues.

The signal will replace the existing four-way stop controls.
