It’s bad enough that Herman Cain, at least, appears to have a problem.

Now it’s becoming clear that Texas Governor and Republican candidate for President of the United States, Rick Perry, needs to go back home to Austin.

Perry, who can’t seem to go a few days without blowing it either during debates or on the campaign trail, pushed the stupidity button once again this week.

First, Perry told reporters the voting age in the U.S. was 21. When it’s actually 18.

Second, Perry told reporters at a different event that New Hampshire holds a caucus. When, in fact, Iowa holds a caucus and New Hampshire holds a primary election.

It’s nice to know New Hampshire isn’t that big of a deal for Perry.

The general consensus, at this point, is the gaffs were unrelated to drinking alcohol.
