A San Bernardino County judged ordered the grand jury testimony of a former county official unsealed as part of a corruption case.

James Lindley, a former legislative affairs and public health director, testified before a grand jury earlier this year. A separate criminal grand jury indicted a developer and three former county officials on conspiracy and bribery-related charges.

Rancho Cucamonga developer Jeff Burum, former county Supervisor Paul Biane, former Assistant Assessor Jim Erwin, and Mark Kirk, former chief of staff to Supervisor Gary Ovitt, face charges in the case.
