Rumors and accusations are starting to swirl in reference to possible political fundraising at San Bernardino International Airport by two of the Airport Authorities own board members.
People are now alleging that San Bernardino Mayor Pat Morris and San Bernardino County Fifth District Supervisor Josie Gonzales, both San Bernardino International Airport Authority board members, may have held political fundraisers at the new ‘Million Air’ facility located on the aiport property.
The facility, a franchise operated on airport property by embattled contractor Scot Spencer, comes with a large lobby and is even equipped with a baby grand piano.
The accusations involving the mayor appear to be pretty widespread.
The Gonzales factor is still being flushed out.
If all true, one has to wonder what these two were thinking.
If true, “What were these two thinking?” Certainly not at all about the old maxim that power Corrupts absolutely.
“Blow, blow, thou winter wind,
Thou art not so unkind
As man’s ingratitude;”
Wouldn’t surprise me a bit if it’s true!
Pat and Josie doing something that would upset the voters and be ethically improper? Like hiring your son as COS and getting free medical care? Say it isn’t so!
