America’s workers have always stood as the backbone of our great nation. On this Labor Day, it is worthwhile that all Americans take the time to honor our workers and reflect on their continued contributions to the betterment of society. Kangaroo rat might detour San Bernardino street project

SAN BERNARDINO – A furry little roadblock may stall the city’s plans to extend State Street.
And the 1.5-mile project to link the 210 Freeway to Fifth Street on the Westside could cost millions more because the federally protected San Bernardino kangaroo rat has been spotted in the area.
