Uffer

Ousted San Bernardino County Chief Executive Mark Uffer reportedly may be in the hunt for lifetime health insurance coverage.
Uffer, who sued the county last year over his termination, is presently in a battle over his medical records and condition.
San Bernardino County Superior Court records show that on August 15 the County filed a motion to compel Uffer to submit to an independent medical examination and for the production of medical records.
The motion is set to be ruled on September 7.
Uffer is pursuing a lawsuit against the county alleging he was terminated on a 3-2 vote for whistle-blower activity.
However, the issue may be moot.
A superior court judge previously whittled down Uffer’s case to a single cause of action that will be subject to a motion to dismiss on September 8.

I can tell you his medical condition: he is a very SICK man.
Hes qualified to run an insane asylum. Oh snap, he did, he ran the fifth floor in the government center…..
Is being an ass_ole a medical condition? Exacerbated by short mans syndrome, I suppose so.
Isn’t it amazing that more than less like Uffer, try and go out on medicals?
They cheat and steal their entire careers, making salaries that are unbelievable (Richard Beemer), then turn around in a latch ditch effort and try to squeeze just a little more out of the system.
The stress level of government thiefs must be extremely high in reality. Saying YES all the time and screwing the working class to apease others must be sometype of hazard thus far unexplained to the taxpayers.
@ACU – Its the fear of go getting caught that places the stress on the individual…. Hahahahaha…..
I hope the little turd get’s rat packed at the local Wal-Mart he did so much evil too so many. His memory is fair from perfect, he forgot half the people he screwed over, little twerp!!!
I hear he’s got ‘Mufferitis’ an extremely painful condition where the patient gets an overwhelming urge to projectile vomit onto unsuspecting persons including intermittent bouts of painful, bloody explosive diarrhea and/or loose greasy stools.
