Airport officials on Wednesday are expected to continue to chip away at what they say are factual errors in a Grand Jury report on their work at the former Norton Air Force Base.
The San Bernardino International Airport commission will hear a presentation from airport management on various elements of the civil San Bernardino County Grand Jury report, which questions airport practices related to finances, construction management and how it awards developer contracts.
Airport and city officials say it is a mostly negative analysis based on a partial reading of the facts and circumstances surrounding development of the former air base into a civilian airport.
The airport authority says an auditor commissioned by the Grand Jury to look into airport practices refused several pieces of documentation that airport management offered.
