The former head of the San Bernardino County Safety Employees Benefit Association (SEBA), who abruptly resigned as president earlier this year and retired last month to accept a position as head of security for Casino Morongo, has apparently returned to county service.
Sources say the Morongo Band of Mission Indians withdrew its offer of employment forcing William Abernathie to rescind his retirement and return to active employment with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
The reason for the Morongo Tribal Governments decision has not been confirmed. But enquiring minds want to know.
Thank you for that information.
It speaks volumns. Nice thing about private sector jobs is, YOU don’t have to explain yourself when you make decisions. SEE YA need not be explained.
Where was all the connections that William had established in his day?
Where was James Ramos,Mike Ramos, Rod Hoops at?
Thought they would vouch for William?
Maybe we should be thanking YOU ACU; William Abernathie along with his circle of friends are getting weaker, while your hidden influence seems to be getting stronger. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department may want to think twice before bringing him and his baggage back.
Meathead is back (now who would have guessed that!?) Seems like the Devil’s deal fell apart as soon as the San Manuel’s started realizing that this move would potentially put them squarely in the middle of a conflict situation with Chief Ramos’ supposed run for 3rd District Supervisor in 2012.
Talking about premature speculation and endorsement, almost every constituent of the Third District knew something was amuck when it takes a full frontal attack on Supervisor Derry by the Hansburgerler, DA Mikey Ramos, along with the backing of the San Bernardino Public Employees Association (SBPEA) to create the media blitz of Derry’s untimely demise, and to position Chief Ramos as his replacement.
Don’t look now SBPEA Chicken Bob Blough, butt with your looking the other way to appease the Devil and his “me too” negotiations with Meathead and SEBA, your chicken suit has fallen down around your ankles. Might as well bend over and kiss your ass goodbye, the Devil has the Chicken GM for SBPEA in a totally compromised negotiation position (is this what they call “good faith”?), and the whole SBPEA membership stands to loose in the pending layoffs. SEBA can thank Meathead for selling them out just the same.
@anonymous, thanks for the words, but William established himself with his circle of friends long ago.
At this point his credibility is shot among most, at least those who are paying attention. Time destroyed him and his games, nothing else.
