San Bernardino County’s property values declined by less than 1 percent this year, Assessor Dennis Draeger reported Friday.

Total valuation dropped 0.87 percent from last year to $161 billion, Draeger announced in a statement. By comparison, Riverside County’s total valuation dropped 1.45 percent this year.
