SAN BERNARDINO – As the state looks to redraw its political map, the city may experience some redistricting of its own soon.

The City Council, in a 6-0 vote Monday night, moved forward with efforts to establish a task force that will analyze the 2010 Census data to potentially redraw the boundaries of the city’s seven wards.

A former Corona mayor and Nature’s Recipe dog food founder was sentenced to two years of probation Monday for lying to FBI agents during a bankruptcy fraud investigation in which he failed to report millions in settlement money on tax forms.
