Not politicians pockets as has been portrayed in the media.
Not to any certain official as alleged in court filings.
A thorough review of campaign disclosure documents filed with the California Secretary of State and San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters reveals some very interesting information.
In this article we take a look at the San Bernardino County Young Republicans PAC. The political action committee operated by San Bernardino County Assistant Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector Matt Brown, but alleged to be “secretly” controlled by former County Supervisor Paul Biane.
Brown was also chief of staff to Biane.
Monies received by the PAC was disbursed to various local candidates and service vendors.

Should I consider the source here Jimbo? Sounds sort of like the kettle calling the pot black to me. This is evidence of a somewhat more subdued and definitely unreported form of corruption here in SBCo. You should ask Josie and the Pussycats about what GENERAL PUBLIC told them at the Special meeting about EMPLOYEES GONE WILD. But the Devil says “It’s all good”.
For comparison purposes though, in the City of Bell right now, the 100% newly-seated City Council is being lead around by Rizzo’s old right hand man Pedro Carrillo, who was obviously part of the corrupt Rizzo regime. Instead of pointing fingers, like what is going on with these campaign contributions, in the City of Bell, they are more in touch with reality to the extent that at least one member admits: “They (we) are all fucking bastards!”
