It&#039;s bad enough that we have the highest paid mayor in the state of California, it&#039;s bad enough that we have an additional 8.5% Rialto City tax added to everyone utility we use, now we have to endure yet another increase in our property taxes so that school administrators can buy new cars and take more paid vacations on our dime.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Unbelievable.
