We need to have a positive work environment. As we speak, the workers of our once fine office,are walking on pins and needles. Everyone is too afraid to make critical decisions. Most of us just do our jobs yet everyone from clerical on up are constantly being called on the carpet. I have no confidence in our Public Defender and even less confidence in No.2. I've been hearing this for so long that I will believe it when it happens. The leadership of the office definitely needs to change. Both Ms. Boxer and Ms. Ferguson are in the "Uffer" mode. They manage by bullying and the office is near rebellion as a result. It will do no good to replace Boxer with Ferguson since she is hated more than Boxer.
