Obviously he needs a shove from the public to get this "civil" GJ off the ground, and going through Assemblyman Cook's office is the only way to make this happen. Elwell knows that opening-up this can-o-worms will lead directly to the root of the problem, an investigation into the ROUGE SBCo. DA and his mis-administration of the office's duties and responsibilities to the public. ADA Christy just doesn't get it, he can't shelter the Grand Jury process from complaints involving his boss' misbehavior any longer because the State is footing this bill...signed, Governor Schwarzenegger.
