And the FBI/CIA didn't come in to button-up the "Discovery Phase" in the Conspiracy & Legal Services Fraud case they are building involving the Colonies Settlement. Has anyone added up all the legal fees the County, SanBAG, Caltrans, Upland and the Flood Control District have spent since the beginning of the Colonies litigation? All this money is wasted tax money (thx JB and DR) that could have been used to get this area pointed in the right direction economically. Instead, all the money is going to Riverside, Orange and LA County law firms s.a. Best, Best and Krieger (BB&K), it's kind of like legal money laundering, WHAT A RACKET. JP is obviously "strategically positioned" as the go between with all the heavy hitters and a key figure in the feds RICO lawsuit for sure.
