Two top San Bernardino County managers are no longer employed by the county as of Tuesday, a spokeswoman said.
Jim Lindley, the county’s Public Health Department director, was no longer in that position, county spokeswoman Lynne Fischer said. Allan Rawland, director of behavioral health, has been named as interim director, she said.
Fischer said she could not offer more details due to personnel confidentiality. Lindley declined to comment.
A former Hesperia councilman, Lindley joined the county in July 2005 as its legislative officer.
He later briefly moved over to the county’s Purchasing Department before taking over public health in November 2007.
