He ignores the safety of district staff, fails to foster any real concern for academic improvement, he is simply a tool of the disenfranchised. But Brow is right, there is on way the kids of Berdoo will show any significant academic achievements unless you count teen pregnancy, school lock downs, vandalized/stolen teacher personal property, or other similar redeemable social qualities.

Delgado endorsed the walkout of students to celebrate immigrant protests, well, at least he turned his back on disciplining any students who walked out. Does anyone think that the best educatior in the world could make the kids of San Bernardino outperform the kid of Newport Beach?

All Delgado needs to do is state clearly that he specializes in serving in low socio-economic areas and has proven that he can marginally improve performance in these areas.

Does anyone think that the best educatior in the world could make the kids of San Bernardino outperform the kid of Newport Beach?
