He ignores the safety of district staff, fails to foster any real concern for academic improvement, he is simply a tool of the disenfranchised. But Brow is right, there is on way the kids of Berdoo will show any significant academic achievements unless you count teen pregnancy, school lock downs, vandalized/stolen teacher personal property, or other similar redeemable social qualities.
