What a disgrace. Unfortunately another ugly chapter in the ongoing saga of moral bankruptcy in San Bernardino County. Healthcare standards have been compromised – the Board of Supervisors need to take the bull by the horns. In this case, take the “vermin” medical director out by the tail.
