What is the proposed timing of this craziness, isn't there a huge overstock of housing in the IE with 1000's of dwellings available because of foreclosure and bankruptcy? Like Chairman of LAFCO/ Mayor Mark of Fontucky keeps on saying, "Let them eat cake", we can't forget that his strings as well as all those on the BOS (and other John Does not yet named) are being pulled by Randal Lewis along with the John Does #1, #2, and #3 of Colonies fame.
