Other than collecting campaign doners, how does the DA facilitate development bribes by pressuring internal county agencies to move a project along? I know Hansberger had a wonderful proponent of that process in Foster. Is Hackleman another practitioner of the Fosterization method of project review?
A cursory review of the case shows plenty of indicia of Burum&#039;s hands in the colonies mess.
