Stevie – to be a “felon” you must have been convicted of a felony – being charged is not the same thing.

It seems your are only one of many who have forgotten that in this country you are presumed to be innocent until proven otherwise.

Also please keep in mind that the burden of proof rests with the prosecution – there are thousands of people arrested and charged each day who are later shown to be innocent. I

t appears that you aren’t willing to wait for actual evidence – but believe the spin doctors, gossip mongers and gleeful ignorants who so often mix up fantasy and reality.

Last thing – before you start pitching a fit about “my friends” – I have never met either Mr. Erwin nor Mr. Postmus – I have however taken basic law classes & am familiar with the constitution.

What about Hansberger’s dirty little secret in Redlands circles, that he appointed Redlands city employee Mario Saucedo to the SBCo. Housing Authority (HACSB) in April of 2007, the same time that Redlands Mayor Harrison brought in Nabar Enrique Martinez as the City’s manager. To make matters even more conflicted, Saucedo is also the Chairman of the North Redlands Visioning Committee (NRVC) created to oversee the redevelopment area in Redlands where two different Housing Authority projects (where Saucedo now also sits as Chairman) and the proposed Super WalMart are located. And then again there is Saucedo’s role in the San Bernardino County Employee’s Association (SBPEA)…he also serves as the Agency Representative for Redlands AND HE SUPPORTS SUPER WALMART? Mikey has been sitting on this dirty little Hansberger secret in the form of a complaint to the DA’s PIU for a few months now (Cope and Goritz have been busy covering Mikey’s ass).

Unwilling, iepolitics was created by Sharon Gilbert and later Jim Erwin became an administrator on that site. When Sharon’s health made the continuity of iepolitics unreliable, Jim created Inland Politics to ensure that the information stream was continued.

They remain related but are separate.
