The teacher’s union refuses to take a pay
cut. All the rest of us are cutting, why
can’t they? Other districts have. Toilet paper
in restrooms, like textbooks in the
classroom, is a requirement of the Williams
Act. The district could face fines if they
didn’t provide that. No one is that asleep
at the wheel in SBCUSD.

my sources tell me those school administrators, assistant administrators sit in their plush little offices and probably use plump to the touch 2-ply toilet paper while they claim money is gone. Hand towels, soap, hand sanitizer, and kleenex is also scarce in some schools. My oh My!!!!
