So let me see if I have it correctly, Ramos pays for his attorney relating to his misconduct with an employee(from his campaign funds) but then realizes that campaign funds may not be the proper source for payment, so he reimburses his campaign account from his personal account but not before he dispurses the money to his wife from his campaign account for conducting duties supposedly related to his campaign, wow, only in San Bernardino! Laurel says “Who is investigating who, where and when?” “And who did what first or second?Laurel says “Who is lying and cheating who on first? Hardy says,” Ramos”. Laurel says “Who cheated who first?” Hardy says “Ramos, Ramos stole the money from his campign and cheated campaign donors first.” Laurel says, “But then who violated campaign laws by paying his wife second?” Hardy says “Ramos.”Laurel says ” But I thought Ramos misappropriated the money to the lawyers protecting him from harrasment first?” Hardy says “Yes”. Laurel says” Then how did he get away with the payment to his wife second?” Hardy says “only in San Bernardino”.
