People on welfare that aren't looking for work don't count. People that have stopped looking for work, for a given amount of time, don't count. And tiered water rates that essentially eliminate any ability to have any thing other than xeriscaped yards? The registration and limitation of bullets or reloading materials. Can anyone say complete loss of freedom?

What a crock. Look up how the government calculates the figures.
