At the last court appearance former Assistant Assessor and Chief of Staff Jim Erwin made in front of Judge Duke Rouse, arguments were heard to have an evidentiary hearing to recuse the District Attorney’s office from Erwin’s case. During those arguments, the deputy Attorney General assisting in the prosecution suggested to Judge Rouse that Erwin wants to be given “special” treatment.
This particular statement highlights the ignorance of the Attorney General’s office in reference to the political corruption in San Bernardino County.
Jim has never asked for “special” treatment in his case. He wants to be treated just like everyone else . . . Jim has never wanted special treatment, only justice! Isn’t it funny how they use the words special treatment when that’s exactly how the prosecutors are being treated. We want justice equally for all!
Or is the AG’s office just furthering Mikey’s policy of “selective prostitution”?
I really wonder if the Deputy AG could get up in front of a jury with all the information that is out there now, and tell them that this case is not a selective prosecution?
First question I feel that she must be asked. HAVE you had any sexual relation with the DA or any employee within that office?
Excellent point Mikey. Do your regret the filing now? Of course, I feel everyone should have been filed on, due to the constant state of corruption in our County.
