The California Secretary of State has published the list of debtors who owe a combined total of $888,730 in various penalties for failing to timely file campaign finance related documents. The fines go into the state’s general fund, and the state wants the money.

Final notices are being issued.

Nearly one-eighth or $104,000 is owed by the Sacramento County Democratic Central Committee.
