That person is facing 11 years in prison for doing exactly what Devereaux, Biane, Ovitt, Kirk, Brown, Penrod, and Ramos did and everyone else in the State of California who have done even worse. Ramos, give us a list of all of the people criminally charged by your office for FPPC 700 violations. Go ahead and include all of the ones from the State of California on another list. Both lists have one name on it. But of course Erwin has not been singled out. Ramos knows the papers hate Erwin so I guess he is just going to get the screwing of his life.
