So let me understand this, as CAO his job was to enforce "ALL" County Policies and current laws. So, if anyone should "go away", should it not be him? No wonder the County laughs at the phrase "Ethics", the top official failed to follow his own Ethics Policies. Seems to me that there has been more then one County Employee that has been disciplined for not adhering to the "Ethics Policies" and report violations. So, the question must be asked, why did he not bring these violations forwar? Is it, because they were the Ace up his sleeve, that was going to save his job? The next question is why is he still covering up these wrong doings?

“Uffer has also let it be known that he has voluminous documents depicting credit card abuses by current county officials. We destroy others to better ourselves. If we need a wire tap- then by golly- we'll have one. The taxpayers don't mind the expense. We just appreciate that now we know where our money really went. The biggest problem we have right now: what person in their right mind, that truly has any morals is going to come to San Bernardino? They will get eaten alive!!!

This is San Bernardino guys, we do things a little different here. We make our own laws. We lie. I hope someone fumigated his office. Double agent good reddens!

Who the hell has ever heard of a CAO wearing a wire like this?
