The Devil is in the details because he is as corrupt as they come and even relishes the role by referring to himself as a son of a bitch. I sure hope he came from the loins of a dog since anyone that would insult their own mother to this degree is an insult to everyone's intelligence. Be careful BOS, you guys just might get what you're asking for, TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. Then again, you don't need any real management savvy to slash and burn an organization, just to run it afterwards (when Ovitt and Biane are up for re-election). Tbss. Devereaux may be the best thing since sliced bread, but shouldn't this county at least try to overcome its' reputation of corruption and cronyism that it has spent the past 15 years building up? Devereaux just continues the Harry Mays tradition of being appointed CAO because of who you know. Maybe, just maybe, there really is an experienced, innovative administrator with a more successful track record than Devereaux who has absolutely no ties to, or with, San Bernardino county.
